Pay online using your credit or debit card

Google Checkout explained      

When you've finished shopping and are ready to pay, click on the Google Checkout button.

• Sign in to Google Checkout - Sign in with your Google Checkout username and password. If you don't already have a Google Checkout account, you can create one. This will be the only time you need to enter your details.
• Buy - Confirm your delivery and payment information with a simple click on the "Place your order now" button, you can also decide at this point whether or not you want to receive promotional emails from this store.
• Receive confirmation - Once you've completed your order you can continue shopping. You can track the progress of your order in your Google Checkout account.

PayOffline Explained    

You can now pay at any one of 17,000 outlets

Payzone offers consumers the utmost in convenient access. The payzone payment network covers the length and breadth of the UK. This means that 95% of consumers living in urban areas are within a mile of their nearest payzone outlet and 5 miles in rural areas.

• Print out the PayOffline invoice when you have completed your online shopping (Just choose the Pay Offline with cash or debit card option when you Checkout).
• Present it at any payzone outlet before the displayed expiry date.
• Payzone outlet will scan the barcode.
• Pay the amount indicated on your invoice.
• Payzone outlet will issue you a receipt for your payment.

You can find your nearest payment outlet at http://www.payoffline.com/Public/OutletSearch.aspx Your goods will be dispatched once payment has cleared. This usually takes 24 hours.

Schools & Government Organisations

If you are a buyer for an educational institution, government organisation or an established customer we are happy to accept your order. 30 day accounts can quickly and easily be set-up.

When your new account has been set up you will be notified and can shop with us at any time. Just email or telephone your order after choosing the goods you require from the website. Please remember to include a Purchase Order Number.

Orders will normally be despatched to arrive the next working day unless otherwise stated. Should there be a problem with your order we will notify you immediately so that you are able to choose whether to proceed with the order or not. Please understand that this is a very rare occurrence.

An invoice will be posted to you after every order. We rely on you paying your invoice within 30 days as this helps to keep our prices low. Failure to meet the payment could result in closure of the account.

Pay via telephone

Should you prefer not to shop online then you can telephone and give your card details to our representative who will process your order. Please follow the checkout procedure and choose the option to Pay via telephone where you will be given an order number to quote when you call.

Pay Via Cheque

At the checkout choose the option. Cheques should be made payable to 'Microfilm & Scanners'. Goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.
